Day 6 – Pen rhip to Pont y Meddyg

Setting off from Pen rhip on day 6 we’ve given ourselves a shorter day to give us an opportunity to rest before the technically difficult days to the end of the challenge.

We squeeze between the coast and Cardigan Island, which lies in the estuary of the River Teffi. The island is known for having a small colony of grey seals! bFrom here we continue South,  rounding Camaes Head and then heading across Newport Bay.

We end the day by tucking in on the South side of Dinas Head at Pont y Meddyg. See the route map below.
